Age 11 - Building My Foundation

Age 11 represents the threshold of adolescence. A time when children begin developing more complex self-awareness while still needing concrete guidance and safety. This is the foundational year where participants learn basic emotional regulation, social skills, and self-understanding that will support all future growth.
