Ella Wilke

| Founder and Director

Ella is a youth development facilitator and program creator with a unique perspective shaped by psychology training, years in education, and over a decade in the corporate world. Her journey from working with children to training adults and back again gave her a crucial insight: the adults struggling most with stress, emotional regulation, and burnout were once children who never learned these essential skills.

After earning her psychology degree, Ella spent her early career in education before transitioning to adult learning, corporate training and the corporate world of analysis and strategy. For over ten years, she worked with professionals across various industries, watching talented people struggle with dysregulated nervous systems, chronic stress, and emotional overwhelm. The patterns were both clear and heartbreaking.

These insights became the vision of the IriKiri program: an 8-year developmental journey that guides young people from ages 11 - 18 through the Four I's framework — Identity, Intuition, Integration, and Impact. Drawing on polyvagal theory, trauma-informed practices, and practical life skills, Ella created a program that doesn't just prepare youth for exams, being a teenager, stressful events, and emotional turmoil, but also for life itself.

The mission is simple but transformative: create a world where we no longer send dysregulated youth into adulthood, but instead empower young people who understand themselves, can heal themselves, and know how to navigate life's challenges with resilience and authenticity. Because the struggling adults she once observed in boardrooms were once children who deserved these tools — and today's youth deserve better.

“Our vision is to equip teachers, parents, and other facilitators with the Irikiri ™ methodology and practices. So that we can create a safer place for everybody.”
