Age 18 - Launching into Adulthood
Age 18 represents full legal adulthood with complete cognitive development and readiness for independent adult life. Participants integrate all previous learning while preparing for career launch, life partnerships, and community leadership throughout their adult lives.

From participant to community leader and mentor for younger participants.
Completion and Transition
Age 18 graduates have mastered all essential adult life skills and are prepared for independent success. They transition from participants to Irikiri ™ alumni with ongoing opportunities for community leadership, mentoring younger participants, and continued personal growth within the Irikiri ™ community.
